Hardware is genuinely competitive. All nodes run on Supermicro AS-4124GS-TNR chassis with AMD EPYC 7402 CPUs (24 cores @ 2.8GHz), DDR4-3200 memory, and Kioxia CD6 NVMe in RAID-10. Our test VPS scored 2,440 on UnixBench — third-highest in our cohort — with 1,180 MB/s disk I/O and 940 Mbit/s network throughput. For pure compute-per-dollar, VDSina is the best value in the cohort.
The Amsterdam DC (operational since 2021) provides EU presence with the same aggressive pricing. Latency from Frankfurt averaged 14ms — competitive with native EU providers like Hetzner. Both DCs operate under Russian AUP for DMCA-ignored hosting, though the Amsterdam facility is technically subject to EU law. VDSina's legal stance is that they only honor Russian court orders; this has not been tested in EU courts.
